We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska
WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST.

Shipping delays that result in live stock lost will not be covered under God Corals Guarantee. WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST.

Returns & DOA Guarantee:

We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

    Please do not discard the specimen without God Corals authorization, doing so will void the guarantee.

    Please do not ship the coral(s) back without  consent from God Coral as this will void the guarantee.

God Coral cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late.  We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.  Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral.  We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Refunds:

In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, the refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 20% fee.

*Livestock credit cannot be used for shipping. We do not cover shipping charges.

*Chargebacks without contacting us first regarding your order are illegal.
